This week we're leaving with a group for NYC. The idea is to see Eric Clapton play, enjoy the New York music scene and help Artur meet local musicians and professors from some American music universities. Artur has been studying music since he was 5 years old. Today, at the age of 18, he is a super guitarist, plays bass and harmonica. He's a talented, serious, committed boy, a fan of Eric Clapton and has a dream of studying music at an American university. He was the musician invited to accompany the group and his trip was made possible by donations made through the crowd funding created by Taste the World.

Yesterday, the vouchers and customized T-shirts for the tour were handed over to the members of the group and to the people who collaborated with Artur and bet on his dream. The delivery of the vouchers and T-shirts was marked by a great concert by Artur and his band, Quinta Onda. Food trucks serving New York-style drinks and sandwiches set the scene for the event, which was held at Galeria Casa Mirador, a space dedicated to culture and a cool real estate development in the heart of Savassi in Belo Horizonte.

The event was a success and we are very happy to be helping Artur and, consequently, contributing to Brazilian music. As well as enriching the experience of the group, which will be accompanied by a super musician who knows all about Eric Clapton NYC, Artur will be accompanied by his guitar and we by his music. Let's Taste the World and its music! Thank you Artur Santos!!!
